About Lancaster Consulting Group
Lancaster Consulting Group conducts market research - research which is used by our clients to improve the goods and services they supply that consumers like you use daily. It is a great way for you to make your thoughts and opinions known – that you actually have a say it what is brought to market.

A Few Things to Note

  • We are a market research company, which means we conduct discussions or one-on-one interviews; we also conduct surveys via telephone and online.
  • As a member of our panel, you will be contacted when a study we are conducting matches your profile. When contacted for a study you will be asked to complete a short screening questionnaire (either on the telephone or online) to determine if you qualify for the project.
  • Important! Our panelists are allowed to participate in research discussions with Lancaster Consulting Group only a few times a year.
  • Because we value your time and opinions, we offer compensation as a way of saying thank you for participating in our qualitative and online research studies. Compensation varies for each study.

You will need to provide us with your first and last name, telephone number, and your email address. We need this information to ensure that we remove your information rather than someone else's. When we receive such an email from you, we will remove you from our list within two business days.
